At Foundation Homes Residential, we will bring your dream of designing and building a custom home to reality. Our team will guide you through the entire process. We can build your dream home on a water view lot, lake living lot you currently own or locate a lot for you. If you own a lot with an existing structure, we can tear it down and build your new home and if you are looking for a home addition, remodeling or renovation design project, look no further, Foundation Homes Residential will exceed your expectations.
We are an established custom home builder serving the Lake Norman area. Clients choose us because our building process is easy! We offer a variety of custom home plans to choose from or we can design one specifically for you. Our building process includes a virtual 3D digital walk through of your dream home before we even break ground which takes the guess work out of what your home will look and feel like. Our on staff interior designer will help you select color schemes, furnishing, appliances and more. In addition, we have a variety of lots available or we can locate one for you. You get more for your money with Foundation Homes Residential where upgrades and our standard.
